9. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any officer or employee of the Government or the Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules made or any order issued thereunder.
