21. Cancellation of Stamps Every stamp affixed on Vakalatnama under sub-sec. (1) of Section 20 filed in any Court or Tribunal or before any other authority shall be cancelled in the manner provided under Section 68 of the Rajasthan Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1961 (Rajasthan Act No. 23 of 1961).
