31. Repeal and Savings (1) The Rajasthan Agricultural Credit Operations (Removal of Difficulties) Ordinance, 1974 (Ordinance No. 13 of 1974) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance anything done or any action taken under it, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
