Section 16. Orders for maintenance of registers.

16. Orders for maintenance of registers.- (1) The Council shall, as soon as conveniently may be, after the commencement of this Act and from time to time as occasion may require, make orders for regulating the maintenance of a register of Ayurved Nursing Professionals arranged in several parts in which the persons to be registered shall be classified in accordance with their qualifications. (2) The registers shall be kept in the form prescribed by the Council.
