Section 30. Appeal to the State Government.

30. Appeal to the State Government.- Any person aggrieved by the order of the Council granting or refusing to grant recognition any institution under section 28 or withdrawing such recognition under section 29 may, within three months from the date of such order, appeal to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
