38. Prohibition on practice except as provided in this Act.- No person in the State shall practise or hold himself/herself out, whether directly or indirectly, as a Ayurved Nursing Professional unless he/she is registered under this Act and no Registered Ayurved Nursing Professional in the State shall practise or hold himself/herself out, whether directly or indirectly, as an Ayurved Nursing Professional in any area of specialization other than that covered by the Ayurved Nursing subject in which he/she has recognized qualification.
