Section 44. Power of the State Government to amend the Schedule.

44. Power of the State Government to amend the Schedule.- On the recommendation of the Council in this behalf, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, amend the Schedule by inserting a new Ayurved Nursing subject therein and on and from the date of publication of such notification the Schedule shall stand amended accordingly.
