The Rajasthan Bovine Animal ( Prohibition of Slaughter & Regulation of Temprorary Migration or Export ) Act, 1995

3. Prohibition of slaugther of bovine animal. Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force or in any usage or custom to the contrary, no person shall slaughter or cause to be slaughtered or offer or cause to offered for slaughter any bovine animal.
