This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 47; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Canal (Substitution of Name) Act, 1985. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th day of November, 1984
