Section 17. Cognizance of offences. The Rajasthan Cattle Fairs Act,1963

17. Cognizance of offences.
(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act except on a complaint made in writing by the Officerin-charge.
(2) Any offence under this Act may be tried in summary way.
