Section 5. Cancellation of notification with retrospective effect

This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 25; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

5. Cancellation of notification with retrospective effect Not withstanding anything contained in Section 4 or 6 of the Municipalities Act, the notification shall, as from the 25th day of July, 1962, be deemed to have been cancelled.
