Section 18. Sums due to 2 State Government to be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.

18. Sums due to 2 State Government to be recoverable as arrears of land revenue. All sums due to the State Government in respect of a tenancy granted under the provisions of this Act or of the rules made and conditions issued thereunder, andv all sums due on account of fines, confiscations, costs and penalties shall be recoverable as if they were arrears of land revenue.
