Section 5. Nodal Agency The Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance Act, 2011

5. Nodal Agency
(1) The Bureau of Investment Promotion shall be the Nodal Agency for the State Empowered Committee.
(2) The District Industries Centre shall be the Nodal Agency for the District Empowered Committee.
