Section 5- Repeal and Savings.- The Rajasthan Gazette (Rajpatra) Ordinance, 1949 (Rajasthan Ordinance II of 1949) in force in the pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan, the Rajasthan Gazette (Rajpatra) Ordinance, 1956 (Rajasthan Ordinance 7 of 1956) and any corresponding laws in force in the Abu, Ajmer and Sunel areas together with the rules and orders if any, made under such laws, are hereby repealed: Provided that the rules and orders made under the said Rajasthan Gazette (Rajpatra) Ordinance, 1949 hereby repealed shall continue to be in force and shall, until new rules and orders are made under this Act, be deemed to have been made there under.
