Section 36. Application of Gram Nidhi The Rajasthan Gram Dan Act, 1971

36. Application of Gram Nidhi
Subject to the provisions of this Act, Gram Nidhi shall be applied by the Gram Sabha only for the purposes of this Act. The Gram Nidhi shall be kept in such custody as may be prescribed.
