Section 27. Cost of consolidation proceedings.

27. Cost of consolidation proceedings. - (1) The cost of consolidation proceedings shall be assessed in the prescribed manner. (2) The cost of consolidation proceedings shall be recovered from the persons whose holdings are affected by the scheme of consolidation. [(3) The State Government, may, from time to time, revise the rates at which the cost of consolidation proceedings is to be assessed and apply such rates with retrospective effect.]
