47. Privileges under Rajasthan Act 2 of 1950. - The registered Homoeopaths shall have the same privileges as the medical practitioners registered under the Rajasthan Medical Act, 1952 (Rajasthan Act 13 of 1952) have under the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 (Rajasthan Act 2 of 1950).
