Rajasthan Honour of Dead Body Act, 2023

15. Disposal of unclaimed dead body.- When a dead body remains unclaimed, the disposal shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Anatomy Act, 1986(Act No.12 of 1986).
