Section 17. Punishment for remonstration by family member.

17. Punishment for remonstration by family member.- Any family member, who uses the dead body for remonstration or gives consent to any other person for using the dead body for remonstration, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years and with fine.
