3. words and expressions All words and expressions used but not defined in this Act shall have the same meanings as are assigned to them by the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act 35 of 1959) or the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 1959 (Act 38 of 1959) as may be relevant in the context.
