39. Power to exempt schemes from provisions of sections 29 to 34 The State Government may by general or special order published in the Official Gazette, exempt any housing scheme under - taken by the Board from all or any of the provisions of sections 29 to 34 (both inclusive) subject to such conditions, if any, as it may impose or may direct that any such provision shall apply to such scheme with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
