This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 130; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Housing Board (Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) It shall come into force at once
