This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 17; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Housing Schemes (Land Acquisition) Act, 1960. (2) It shall come into force at once. (3) It shall remain in force for a period of twenty years only.
