1. Short title, extent and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force in whole of the State of Rajasthan with effect from the 1st day of January, 1973.
