The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973

27[23A. Review by the authorised officer. - The authorised officer of its own motion or on the application of the Tehsildar may, at any time within six months of the passing of an order dropping the proceedings under this Act in relation to any person under sub-section (1) of section 12, review and may rescind, alter or confirm any such order: Provided that if such order was passed before the commencement of the Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings (Amendment) Ordinance, 1975, it may be reviewed by the authorised officer under this section at any time within six months of such commencement.]
