82. Officers and other employees of the Authority to be pubic servants Every officer and other employees of the Authority and every member of the Authority, Executive Committee, other committees. Functional Board and other bodies constituted under this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. XLV of 1860).
