1. Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 25th January, 2015.
