Section 13. Liability to make payments to religious institution.

13. Liability to make payments to religious institution.-Not withstanding anything contained in this Act, if the Government is satisfied, after making such inquiry as may be prescribed, that a religious institution was receiving from the income of any estate acquired under this Act a grant of money for a period exceeding six years from the date of acquisition, Government may continue to make such grant or any part thereof as it may deem fit from the Consolidated Fund of the State,
