22. Correction of clerical errors.-Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in any order passed by any officer or authority under this Act, or errors arising therein from any accidental slip, or omission, may, at any time be corrected by such officer or authority, either of his own motion or on an application received in this behalf from any interested person: Provided that no order prejudicial to any person shall be made under this section unless such person has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
