Section 27. Protection of action taken under this Act.

27. Protection of action taken under this Act.-(l) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done, or intended to be done, under or in pursuance of this Act, or any rules made thereunder. (2) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused, or likely to be caused, or any injury suffered, or likely to be suffered, by virtue of any provision contained in this Act, or any rules made thereunder, or by anything in good faith done, or intended to be done, under or in pursuance of this Act, or any rules made thereunder.
