32. Amendments in Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956.-In the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956),— (a) in sub-section (1) of Section 89, the words "subject to the subsisting rights of private persons" shall be omitted; and (b) in the proviso to section 228 after the words "jagir land", the words "or the estate of a land owner" shall be inserted.
