Section 21. Resumption of jagir lands.

21. Resumption of jagir lands. - (1) as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, appoint a date for the resumption of any class of jagir lands and different dates may be appointed for different classes of jagir lands. (2) The Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, vary any date appointed under this section at any time before such date. (3) The date finally appointed under this section in relation to the resumption of any jagir lands is hereinafter referred to as the 'date of resumption' of those jagir lands.
