The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952

[42A. Delegation of powers. - (1) The Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, delegate to the Jagir Commissioner [x x x ] the Commissioner for Khudkasht lands or any other officer subordinate to it, all or any of the powers conferred upon it by this Act other those conferred by section 21 and 48. (2) Subject to any general or special order of the Government the Jagir Commissioner, the Commissioner for Khudkasht lands or the Collector may delegate, with the previous sanction of the Government, all or any of the powers conferred upon him by this Act to any officer subordinate to him or to any officer of the Revenue Department not inferior in rank to that of an Assistant Collector]
