Section 45. Protection of action taken under this Act.

45. Protection of action taken under this Act. - (1) No suit, prosecution other legal proceedings shall he against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder. (2) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provision contained in this Act or any rules made thereunder or by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
