106. Survey or re-survey – The State Government may direct, by notification in the 82[official Gazette] that the survey or re-survey of any local area shall be made and every such local area shall, from the date of the said notification be hald to be under survey and record operations until the issue of another notification declaring such operations to be closed therein.
