Section 169. Effect o refusal

169. Effect o refusal – (1) Upon such refusal the tenant shall forthwith vacate the holding. (2) If he does not so vacate the holding, he shall be deemed to be a trespasser and shall be liable to ejecment therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 183 of Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Rajasthan Act 3 of 1955).
