182. Corrections of errors and ommissions - The Settlement Officer may of his own motion or otherwise correct any error or omission that may be discovered- (a) in the formation of assessment circles or assessment groups, classification or soils and evolution or rent-rates at any stage before his proposals in respect thereof are sanctioned under sub-section (5) of Section 156, and (b) in the assessment of rents of holdings at any stage before such rents and determined under Section 166.
