Section 210. Allotment of lands held in common

210. Allotment of lands held in common - (1) Lands held in common other than lands referred to in Sec 209, shall be allotted in a manner so as to ensure that each portion gets such part thereof as disproportionate in value to the share or shares constituting it. (2) Lands held in severalty, other than lands referred to in Section 209 shall as far as possible, be aliened to the portion of the co-sharer or co-sharers holding them.
