224. Revenue, a first charge on land and its produce - (1) The revenue or rent assessed on every estate or holding shall be first charge thereon and on the rents, profits or produce thereof. (2) The rents profits and produce of such estate or holding shall not be applied in satisfaction of a decree or order of any civil or revenue court, until all arrears of the revenue or rent due in respect thereof have been paid.
