Section 247. Application to set aside the sale for irregularity etc.

Application to set aside the sale for irregularity etc. - At any time within thirty days from the date of the sale, an application may be made to the Collector to set aside the sale on the mound of some material Irregularity or mistake in publishing or conductinng It. But no sale shall be set aside on such ground unless the applicant proves the satisfaction of the Collector that he has substantial injury by reason of such irregularlity or mistake.
