Summons to be in writing signed and sealed – Every summons shall be in writing in duplicate and shall be signed and sealed by the officer issuing i or by such person as he empowers in this behalf, and it shall specify the time and place at with the person summoned is required to attend and also whether he is required to give evidence or to produce a document.
