Section 64. Adjournment of hearing

64. Adjournment of hearing – (1) A revenue court or officer may, from time to time, adjourn the hearing of a case or proceeding. (2) The time and place of an adjourned hearing of a case or proceeding shall be intimated at the time of the adjournment to such of the parties and witnesses as are present.
