Section 3-A. Sumptuary Allowance.

3-A. Sumptuary Allowance. In addition to the salary payable under section 3, there shall be paid, with effect from 1st April, 2019 to the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, a sumptuary allowance of eighty thousand rupees per mensem.
