24. Protection of acts done in good faith No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the Board or any of its Committees or any other person in respect of anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule or regulation, order or direction made thereunder.
