16. Deans of faculties and their functions:– (1) There shall be a Dean of each Faculty. (2) The Deans of Faculties shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in a manner as may be prescribed. (3) The Deans shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
