Section 51. Repeal and Savings

51. Repeal and Savings : (1) The Agricultural University, Udaipur Ordinance, 1999 (Ordinance No. 6 of 1999) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions taken or orders made Under the said Ordnance shall be deemed to have been taken or made under this Act.
