Section 23. Grant-in-aid by State.

23. Grant-in-aid by State.- For the purpose of enabling the Institute to perform its functions efficiently under this Act, the State Government may, after due appropriation made by the House of State Legislature by law in this behalf, pay to the Institute in each financial year such sums of money in such manner as it may think fit.
