22. Authorities of the University.- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) the Board of Management; (b) the Academic Council; (c) the Finance Committee; (d) the Examination Committee; (e) the Faculties; (f) Board of Studies; (g) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
