Section 53. Residuary provisions.

53. Residuary provisions.-The Board shall have the authority to deal with any matter pertaining to the University and not specifically dealt with in this Act. The decision of the Board on all such matters shall, subject to revision by the Chancellor, be final and shall not be liable to be challenged in any Court or Tribunal.
