30. Construction of references in laws to Medical Practitioners:- The expression "legally qualified medical practitioner’’ or "duly qualified medical practitioner’’ and all other expressions importing a person recognized by law as a medical practitioner or a member of the medical profession, as used in any law in force in Rajasthan, or in any Act of the Central Legislature in force in Rajasthan, shall be deemed to mean a medical practitioner or medical officer under any such law or Act as aforesaid shall be valid unless such practitioner or officer is registered under this Act.
